Procedure

1x106 granulocytes are infected with bacteria (MOI 20) for 15 min at 37°C under rotation. Phagocytosis is stopped by the addition of 500 µl of ice cold PBS. Samples are centrifuged at 4°C for 5 min at 200 g and washed once with PBS. After centrifugation samples are taken up in PBS or SDS-buffer.
