Procedure

Cells are seeded in 10 cm cell culture plates one day before transfection. 400 µl serum-reduced OptiMEM-medium and 10 µl (20µM) siRNA are mixed for 10 sec with 15 µl INTERFERin and incubated for 10-30 min at room temperature. The cell medium is replaced by fresh cell medium and siRNA preparation is added drop-wise to the cells and incubated for 24-72 h.
